My Mom's Home Tour Updated

As you know 3 years ago I shared my Mom's home tour during Christmas time.
Last week I shared a few updated pictures on my Instagram feed and had lots of requests for an updated home tour.

My goal was to photograph the entire home, but it turns out I am not so good behind the camera. Also, trying to keep things photograph ready with 6 kids under 7 running around is almost impossible. So this mini tour will have to do. Plus, I have been meaning to show thier home without the Christmas decor, I just love how fresh and bright it is.

A little about the history of their home. My parents bought it about 9 years ago and have renovated it top to bottom. In the living room my mom added the beams (faux wood), upgraded to painted ceilings, designed the stone fireplace, and put plank solid wood floors throughout.

The paint color throughout the home is Restoration Hardware Silver Sage.

In the kitchen they started from scratch. New cabinets, appliances, lighting, countertops, and backsplash.

The dining chairs are from Home Decorators (no longer available) and the table is from Z Gallerie.

I did not have time to snap new pictures of the master bedroom, so I grabbed them from my original post.

Their master bathroom has to be one of my favorite places in their home.
Every time I visit I can't help but take a hot bubble bath!

It can't help but love visiting my parents home, I just adore it.
