A couple weeks before Christmas Rugs USA had a 75% off sale.
I've been wanting a new rug for a while now, and just couldn't resist this sale.
I ended up going with this Radiante Nuo Chevron Ikat Rug, with 75% off and free shipping it only cost $80.00!
I can't complain about that.
We all know that I am not afraid of color, and I think this rug really livens up my living room, don't you?
I think it's a nice change and much softer than my previous rug.
So far the quality has been really good, I am really happy with it!
Did you by chance snag a rug during the sale?
I did and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. So excited.
ReplyDeleteI'm in love with this rug. I may just buy myself one for my bday! It's still on sale for 65%. Question, is the blue more royal or teal? Trying decide if I should go the blue route or the gray route. I've got teal pillows and black and white pillows. Looks great in your space!
ReplyDeleteI would say that it is definitely more teal than a royal blue. For the price I highly recommend it!

FYI - they fudge the prices so the real prices are pretty constant regardless of the %-off sale on any given day. I had missed a 75% off sale because the rug I wanted was out of stock and I was bummed until I checked again and saw that though the rug was now only 35% off, the price was a heck of a lot lower too, so it was going to be the same hit to my wallet.

DeleteI got a rug last year from them and am super pleased! The rug looks great in your space. On another note, Congrats on your baby boy's arrival! I had a baby boy 9 months ago {today actually} and named him Theron. We will call him Theo for short. Love it!

ReplyDeleteIt's probably the same price now with a lower % as it was on the higher sale. Seriously. They just change the "non" sale price so that they can make the % discount look bigger when they want. It's sort of a scam, but the rugs seem to be met with approval, so that's good! (ie: the rug I wanted was like $900 with 75% off but then when the sale was over it was 35% off 650 or so. That means the price of the rug didn't change.)
